Our snagging inspection prices are one of the most competitive around.
Unlike some of our competitors, we don't charge for any extras like thermal imaging or drone roof inspections.
Our prices vary and our quotation is based on your particular house type. We do this as some properties are considerably larger than others or contain more rooms. For instance, you could have two 4 bedroom homes but one could have a study, utility room, and an additional ensuite compared to the other. That's 3 extra rooms and all the fixtures and fittings that go along with them.
There is a £50 deposit to be paid when booking. The balance is then paid on completion of the physical inspection but before the report is released.
We are pleased to offer group booking discounts, so you and a neighbour could both receive a discount if booking at the same time. To find out more, please get in touch.
New service!
In addition to our standard snagging inspection service, we are now pleased to offer a non-cosmetic option. This is ideal for those who feel they can snag the house for cosmetic issues themselves, those wishing to decorate as soon as they move in or those coming up towards the end of the 2 year developers warranty.
Items not inspected during a non-cosmetic inspection include paint, plaster and mastic defects.
The cost of our standard inspections are reduced by £50 when opting for this method.
Cancellation Policy
Should clients wish to cancel the inspection they can do so at any time.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
The deposit paid at the time of booking will be fully refunded as long as the cancellation request is made at least 72 hours prior to the inspection time and date.
Any cancellation made within the 72 hours prior to the inspection will lose the deposit paid at the time of booking.
